How do my employees log in?

You invite them by email, and they set a password to log in at the same place you do. They only see their own schedule and the jobs you assign them.

Can I stop staff from seeing my prices?

Yes. By default, detailers can complete the job without seeing prices, amounts, or your revenue. You control that and other permissions for each employee.

What can a detailer do from their login?

They see their assigned jobs, get directions, call the client, mark themselves on the way, and update the status and notes. You choose whether they can reschedule or cancel.

Do employees get notified when I assign a job?

Yes. The moment you assign a booking, that detailer gets a push notification, and the job appears on their calendar.

Which plan includes team management?

Team management and employee logins are available on the Business plan. Lower plans can still use resources to organize jobs without individual logins.
